My case has been updated 5 times since the USCIS received the additional documents for my RFE, but the message is still the same.What does it mean?Please help.your replies badly needed.Thank you very much

LUD means Last Updated Date which you can see in your own portfolio at the USCIS website if you have one.

Update... After past 7 months of waiting...I have received an email from USCIS....And sadly, they're requesting for an additional evidence.I hope to hear from my employer what it was...*sigh*...

Maddy, We have the same situation...but my received date is may 3,2005 then last updated date is november 22, 2005.Finally they were able to see my application, I just hope we can get our approval soon.Coz it's been almost 6 months of waiting.

As of Nov.18,processing date at VSC is August 6!!!How long will it take to wait for me to receive my approval???Waiting time is soooooo long already!CAn somebody help me with my situation..

Thank you so much for your reply.I've tried calling USCIS toll free number for a lot of times and the customer representative kept telling me that there will be an EFFECT of change in my status if my employer called them.So my employer called them but unfortunately they told my employer to wait...

Anyone having the same problem?My received date is May 3, 2005, it says 90-150 days to process the case but it's beyond 180days already. As of Nov.4, VSC is processing June 4, 2005. I've seen in this forum that there are approvals applied later than mine (june and july).I hope somebody can...
