Similar situation as yours. My I-140 was approved on 6/29/06 and I found LUD changes on 6/30 and 7/03 on my I-140. There has been no LUD changes so far on my I-485 petition. NIW EB2 (CSC) I-140/I-1485 RD: 9/27/05 I-140 AD: 6/29/06

I think this is just another mass LUD. I found on the 485 forums that several people who had their I-140's approved also got a change in LUD yesterday.

Just change in LUD. No change in Message.

Count me in as well. EB2-NIW (CSC) ND 9/27/05. Still waiting for a decision. I think they are approving concurrently filed cases only for those whose priority dates are current.

GCforTRAVEL, thanks for your response. Shall we keep each other updated through this forum ? I filed the petition myself, but had to rush to meet the Oct 1st deadline. My petitions were received by CSC on 9/23/05. ND for both petitions is 9/27/05. With regards to visa status, I am on H1b.

Me too. EB2-NIW I-140/I-1485 ND 09/27/05. Both petitions transferred to TSC in late March.

batzhou, I have the same notice date as yours. Mine is also a concurrent application (EB2-NIW). Transferred to TSC on March 23rd. No news after that.
