Thanks rg140 for the response.... What i do not understand is how come they open my file on sep 13, 2005 and then not do anything with it more than 75 days. Is there something wrong with my file. My H1B filing date is July 12th. The uscis website still says "Your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on July 12, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing.
