Watched CNN, a debate on whether H1 visas should be increased or not. Most of the hosts said...lot of skilled workers are still without jobs. Why does Microsoft and AILA are fighting to increase H1 quota.... Doomed....and done. Layoffs are yet to begin......can't simply understand!

Folks How is this Recession going to effect us. They are saying that it going to be severe. How should we all be prepared. Since we all have EADs...it should not matter much...but should we be concerned on other fronts?

My PD is 2005 EB3. Applied for 485 with AP and EAD. Now how long to wait and keep renewing my EAD. Was this premeditated by USCIS to make everybody current and then move back the dates....so that more revenues comes in.....

Folks I have applied...but my PD is may 2005. Now I will get my EAD and AP. But when will I get my GC approval.? I am confused. What are the advantanges and disadvantages.

How come L1s get green card faster. It is rumoured about 25k are here and about half are pursuing the GC in a faster track. I heard it is the fastest track....any ideas?

Folks.. I do not quite understand..why most of the immigration websites...keep highlighting this issue. Now a days...Indian companies have become smart..they apply in bulk. That is what happened this time...instead of applying in batches...they have applied all at once. No difference...it does...
