I-140 Questions?
My PERM was recently approved and my lawyer is preparing I-140 for me now. The ad in my PERM asked for MS+1 Yr experience so I should be in EB2 category. While in the draft of I-140 part 2, Petition Type, the lawyer chose "e" A professional (minimum bachelor's degree.....)or a skilled worker...- dshanker
