No ROPF receipt ever I have paid my ROF (or ROPR) in Jan 2003 and never received any receipt. I checked my bank and the money has been taken long back. Anyone ever received the receipt???

Does anyone has experience getting a RFE from TSC for EB1-OR case? In the RFE, TSC asked all the EB1-OR document again and indicated that "evidence submitted does not clearly demonstrate the alien qualifies for E12 classification". What should I do? Thanks.
