Hi,
My spouse is going to renew his EAD, but I am the main applicant. Should I also write a cover letter to indicate he is my husband and we have our 485 pending....
Thanks a lot.
The question is: 120 days rules for business days or calendar days? If calendar days, some months have 31 days... So 120 days != 4 months. For example, current expire 12/24, then should be 8/26 earliest mail, not 8/24, right?
Thank you very much.
I notice that you have helped many people to provide critical answers, you must be very good...
Do you have a phone number or email that I can reach you in case there is some other urgent issue coming up?
Thanks a lot.
My husband is going to renew his EAD now...
Let me clarify 120 days rules... I guess it is based on the current card expiration date. Basically the question is when he can send the renewal application out? On the date that the card expires (going back to 120 days) or the date that USCIS...
I guess it is based on your current card expiration date. Basically the question is when you can send the renewal application out? On the date that the card expires (going back to 120 days) or the date that they actually receive the application? Any big guy can give a clear answer on this?
My friend's EAD expired in the mid of October, does any big guy know when USCIS starts to accept her renewal? I mean when she should send a renewal application to USCIS, ie. NO earlier than XXX, and NO later than XXX?
Is it a six month rule?
Thanks a lot!!!
Problem
Hi Guys,
My friend's EAD renewal was rejected by NSC since her new residential address is in TSC area though her 485 is with NSC. I am new to this forum: What is 120 days rule? I thought that we are allowed to renew application within 6 months of old one expires. Any opinions are...
One of my best friend got a message from INS. Does anybody know what's going on this??? Could this be a mistake? BTW, my friends file his 485 based on the employment, not marriage... His wife is a derivative. The following message is to address to him. Thanks a lot!!!!
Message:
your I-751...
Thanks!!!
If possible, do you mind sharing the INS new rule of filing I-765/131 to the service center where you live, instead of going to send the renewal to the service center where your I-485 is pending?
Appreciate!
Thanks a lot!
Do you mean you will need to send your EAD/AP renewal to the center which covers your new address instead of your old 485 pending center?
Appreciate!
One of my best friend will need to move to another state. Does any big guy has comments on her following situation?
She filed her 140/485 in NSC, she has her 485 pending with NSC. Now she needs to move to GA. But GA belongs to TSC. Will her 485 be automatically transferred to TSC too? Her 140...
One of my best friends recently got a 485 RFE for different issue. Is it necessary to attach her 140 approval copy to 485 RFE (though they did not ask for this) when she reply for her 485 RFE for other matters? She concurrently filed her 140 and 485 in 2006. Her 140 got approved in 2007. She is...
Dear Fellow,
My online status shows that the RFE was sent out for my pending 485 today. I have not received it. Does anybody know what are most possible information they will ask? Will that be like 140 RFE too? I remember that I submited everything for my 485 when I filed. I am very nervous...
Can any big guy provide me a sample letter of seeking help from local congressman regrading an inquiry to INS about my name check result?
I called INS and was told that my application is in security check process?.Should I believe this? If yes, how can I obtain a status in writing from INS...
Appreciate!
It is really helpful! BTW, do we have to choose one senator who represents the county/city where I live, or any of district's representative will be ok? I am thinking to ask him/her to help do a name check result inquiry to FBI. Do you guys think this will be useful?
Many thanks!!!
