L1B to H1B and Travel
My wife has an L1B with a company A. She has currently applied for H1B (Year 2009) with a company B. We dont even know if she will be selected in the Lottery. Now her project has been completed in Company A, but her L1B is valid till Feb 2010. Now would travelling outside the US to India...- rsriram

H1B Stamp Error Related to the previous post but slightly different. I am on my first 3 year H1B period. My original H1B approval notice (i-797) had an expiry date of 9/1/2006 (Start Date of 9/1/03) . The US Embassy in India stamped my VISA with an expiry date 1/9/2006 (Which I believe is an...
