I have mentioned to join together. Is there any one who has done like this in DS-230 but was able to change in the consulate pls share your thoughts.
Please put your inputs on wife joining later after the CP interview. Do they need to come together?If wife wants to come on a later date what is the procedure? Please help.

No--I send directly to the consulate---The fees will be paid during the interview. NVC send the packet 3 to my lawyer. Then lawyer asked us to fill the DS230 for both of us and send it to the consulate. In I140 stage my lawyer indicated nothing is done regarding family members. Now...

I requested the local congressional office to get the status on my case..They have sent me the reply within hours and it was approved exactly after 1 day.

Guys---after a long wait of 10 months, my law firm just called me and told that they have received the approval dated 1.16.02. The AVM has not been updated. I have opted for CP--last 1 yr was really frustrating and hope TSC will act more diligently.

No--I did not--only info it was assigned to an officer this month, notified by the congressional office. I have the approval notice dated 1.16.02. It was pretty quick at least on the part of US MAIL. Your case might have been reviewed, try to check with your lawyer.
