    Thanks for the reply. You are right about the i94. a new one gets mailed with h1b status transfer. a question i have is that if i apply for a transfer of status to h4 now .... and get a new i94 ...... will i have to get a new h4 visa stamped to reenter ? in other words is my h4 stamped...
