Hi, I have applied EB3 in Oct 01 2002, from Texas. 140 approved and not yet applied for I-485. Waiting for the dates to become current. My employer says that he can apply for Eb2 and capture the Priority date of Oct 01 2002. I need to pay all the expenses which is about $6000. Need advise...
