is H4 eligible to get H1 under new H1-B (advanced degree exception)?
Bases on the lastest cap count posted on sept 29 2005. There seems to be still 7000 visa not filled in H1-B advances degree excemption quote (only 13000 visa applied for 20000). My Questionis , will this 7000 visa's be opened for general quota after sept 30th, 2005. I am on h4 visa right now in...- ajkish
