EB1 category---poor guy Hi David, I too have applied for EB1(OR) in TSC. It seems even feb-2001 cases are still pending. What is ur ND. Becuase mine is August-2001. But August and Sep, 13000 cases got registered for I140. So, i need ur suggestions. Thanks, Kannan
