hi IN_LC:
i have seen PBEC posting recrutiment ads on hightechNY.com, jobs.nytimes.com.
when i mentioned government site it was from my own experience. my recruitment was done before my case got transferred to BEC. i will try to find where they posted mine and disclose it here at later...
hi shibujoys:
i don't have experience during the advertisement stage at BEC(becasue my recruitment was done prior to BEC), however i have read from this thread and other thread that PBEC already started posting job ads on government site.
if you want you might want to go google and type...
hi bharat:
it all depends. there is no evident link between 45 day letter and LC approval. looking at your PD i would predict you should hear something by next year. this is because there are still 2001 and 2002 cases ahead of you.
hang in there and good luck.

hi isingh786/inder:
1. to answer your first question. it is not true. there is no pattern between 45 day letter and approval date. 45 day letter is merely a notice to let you know where your case is and for you to check your status when it comes to 7th year H-1 renewal.
2. BEC will...
dear all friends on this thread...
i have to apologize in advance if i can't come online as often as before. many of you who have read this thread on a daily basis knows that my work load increased tremendously lately. this means i am unable to online as often as i like. i will try my best...
hi calihoneb:
ETA number has nothing to do with BECs. i believe there is a case number start with D or P on your 45 day letter. you can request screen shot with BECs pretending you are extending your 7th year H-1. as far as how to get a screen shot please read the old posts.
hope this...
hi oct03:
next step is to wait for BEC to post your job on the internet and they will forward any resume to your attorney/employer for interview. if you are lucky, you might not get any resumen.
good luck..

hi pani_6:
it took about 6 months after i responded to my 45 day letter to get the approval. however i have done my recruitment process prior to the BEC stage. DOL does not request AD process. at this point your fate is in BEC's hand. BEC will post your job description on the internet for...
hi mahadev1:
i understand your frustration but as usual i encourge friends like you who has ancient PD as you to hang in there and don't loose hope. at this point anything could happen.
btw, i like those remanded cases because you guys have finished the recruitment also. this will save...
hi vsaminat:
before my case went to DBEC, EDD posted my ad on their website for 30 days. not only that, i had to post a 3 days of consecutive ads in the local newspaper directing potential candidates to fax/mail their resume to EDD. on top of all that, another ad in the company for anyone...
hi xman_74:
i strongly suggest you change to a more experienced attorney since your case was rejected at state level. maybe the new lawyer could help you file a perm because if your case was not satisfied by state most likely the BEC will use that rejection as an excuse to deny you. i...
hi vsaminat:
sorry for the late response. i have always been the optimistic one here. i would think it will be more efficient if PBEC or DBEC post the ads themselves. there were simply too many cases in BECs that's why we have not seen too much progress. since BEC set their completion...
hi life_w/o_gc:
sorry i have not been able to read the messages here, because i encountered some difficulties at work and 140 stage.
at work: one of the key employee left so i have to help out other department to ensure company can run smoothly(we are only 20 people company). i have been...

hi gneerajg:
your employer can not and do not have to do recruitment at this time. as i have said BEC will post the ads on internet for you.
hope this helps...

hi gneerajg:
without going through the recruitment process to me does not make sense. i would ask more questions if i were you when i see those messages. based on my experience with labor, i have never heard of anyone who got his/her labor without job ads.
the post you saw at...
hi juntha:
i totally feel your pain. my story is not as exciting as yours but i have been trying to get my green card since 1997. many stories in between, my labor also went to backlog but luckily it got approved. but now i am stuck in another backlog just like you. what can we do? only...
