    EB1-India filed in Feb 2005 - now what? The April bulletin says that the PD for EB1-India is Jan 2005. I filed my application in Feb 2005. Assuming the date becomes current by next month, when can I expect to see the greencard? Thanks in advance.

    Dear all, I received my EB-1 I-140 approval last week. I need to apply for either adjustment of status or consular processing. In light of the impending retrogression, what is the better option to choose? Thanks.
