I-290 Status My case is with AAO from more than 18 months now. Today, there is an LUD change on my I-290 and I-140 status. The message now says: Current Status: Appeal/Motion/Certification sent to Administrative Appeals Office for review. Does any one knows, what does this mean?

I had 3 LUD on 9/5, 9/6, and 9/7 continuously and again on 10/7. These all LUDs was on 290B only. There is no LUD change on I-140.

You need to call AAO. My case is also there for more than 14 months. As per AAO, it is taking around 17 months for EB3 case.

LUD Changed My LUD also changed on last Sunday without change in any message. We called AAO and they told us that my case is still pending. As per them, EB3 cases are taking around 17 months to get the decision. It looks like that it was just some data base issue at NSC.

AAO Decisions???? My case has been transferred to AAO on May24, 2005. EB3 (Educational issue). There is no LUD change or decision. No definite answer from anyone, how much I need to wait.
