WE sent our pkt3 to st.Louis on 2/7/02. 1.Does any one know how NVC sends the pkt3 to the consulate, electronically or by regular mail? 2. By what date (cutoff date) should the consulate recieve the pkt3 from NVC to give an interview date in april? Thanks,

we mailed it on feb 7th 2002.  

Rec Pkt3 on 2/6/02, sent it to St.Louis on 2/7/02  

we got the same response, but got the packet3 on 2/6/02 Pkt 3 created on 1/28/02 When we called NVC on 2/5/02, we got the same response, but we got it on 2/6/02 and mailed it to st.Louis on 2/7/02. You should get it soon too. Good luck!

No Title We called the NVC and spoke to an operator. She confirmed that they have our case. I140 approved on Dec 18th 2001.

No Title I sort of agree with Abu_lafya. They sort of give you a standard timeline, but looking at cp tracker.com , things have been happening sooner than the standard time line. This new procedure will delay the process, but should not take more than 6 months to get an apt at the worst.

No Title I140 Approved on Dec 18th 2001 Our Lawyer has recieved the approval notice. Case not yet entered in the system by NVC. Also not sure if NVC has received the approval notice from INS. Consulate:Chennai
