    I'm not an expert, but have been following up the update of this issue for long. From what I have heard, it's better not to let the embassy know that she has a boyfriend in the US. It's quite risky. :confused:

    I'm getting married to a Japanese (who is a US LPR) soon, then I will become a PR of Japan. - I'm wondering whether or not a permanent resident of Japan can stay with her spouse in the US while filing an I-130. :confused:
