Certified I received a letter from Dallas BEC yesterday saying that my labor has been certified. My online status still shows 'RIR In Process'. It shows my case has been certified on April 16th. Thanks

My case was closed even after replying to 45 day letter. Itwas reopened within three days after my attorny's intervention.

Online status Closed I am also in the same boat. I received 45 day letter around mid July and replied back within 10 days. Now the status shows 'Closed'. I asked my attorney to request to reopen the case. My PD is August 2004 and EB2/CA/non-RIR Thanks

Rfe Even I have similar case. My employer sent RFE reply on March 14th for A2P. After that I have three LUDs on my case. My last LUD on I-140 was on March 23rd. Thanks KOPA
