    dname...one question? Is RFE particular about just date of birth proof or also place of birth by asking earliest record? The reason for my question is, what if you have earliest school record that just show DOB and not place of birth.

    Better Talk to IIO From the past postings and experience with my case, you should have recieved FP by now. Unfortunatley, AVM may not update sometime. Talk to IIO and find out!!!

    I140 approval notice?

    My Lawyer recieved it Mine was approved on 10/15 and I think my lawyer received the same week because he has mailed me copy of approval on 10/19, although I am yet to receive in hand.
