I have Bsc (3 year Degree from India) and a 1 year PG Diploma. I am currently in 5th yr of H1, I applied for Labor and is in Backlog Center. Conversion from BEC to PERM
PERM and BEC I am in the same boat, Applied under RIR with PD July 2004 and is in BEC. Is it possible to apply for another Labor under PERM from different Employer? Suggestions, Comments highly appreciated..
