I Know what is happening @ NSC, all the labor based I-485 are now sent to NSC, no matter where your I-140 was sent to.
This means to things:
1. TSC has nothing to do with Labor based I-485 applications so, most likely they are only processing a few loose here and there.

Labor: If when your company submitted the labor certification they advertised for "Masters or 5 years or more of PROGRESSIVE experience" then, your I-140 could be submitted under EB2 if the company is...

Hi -
I have been told by my lawyer that if you applied under I-140, EB-2 and your application gets denied, you can still come back and refile under EB-3. You will only loose money(?)
