Please somebody help. I have filled my labor certification back in January 2001 in New York State. Then it was converted in RIR in February 2002. Which one out of these two is my priority date? I have not recieved 45 days letter yet. My lawyer says that she is helplessbecause there is no way...

I gave up already. My priority date is February 2002, Ny state. I have not recieved my 45 days letter yet. I do not know that to do. Can somebody help me? Thank you :mad:

I have started my labor certification back in February 2002 in NY state. I have not recieved 45 days letter yet. Other states with priority dates 2003 and 2004 are certified in some cases. It makes me feel very bad that they treat NY state as their last priority. :mad:
