Thanks Raviobbu, I just seeking clarification and I try to renew the H1B myself. The reason I try to file it myself is because I have EAD card already. It is not fatel to have a failed H1B renewal. I just try to avoid the attorney fee for H1B renewal, I have to pay it myself.
