    What do you need exactly for PCC. Immihelp says : If you are currently staying in United States and are going to do consular processing in Mumbai, you need to get the clearance letter from the nearest Indian Consulate or Embassy in the U.S. and nothing from Indian side. What does this mean ?

    Can you Change from AOS to CP after I-140 is filed ?

    How long does this take, please help. My lawyer said after I-140 is approved, he will have to reapply with CP and that will take about 2 more months ?
