Transfering my wife's H1 to my company
Guys please guide and help. Myself on H1 and a GC partner formed a LLC recently. I dont wish to work for this company, but I want to transfer my wife who is already on H1 with another company to our company. Is this possible ? Can we make her the CEO ? and Can our company sponsor her...- vedant

Successful H1 stamping from B1/B2 in toronto
Hi Guys, Just got back from Toronto with successfully h1 stamping for me and my wife on the 11/9/2005. I came here on b1/b2 2 years ago and got an h1 after a few months, this was my first stamping and travel outside US. Was very worried and scared about the stamping. Consulted 3 lawyers...- vedant
