Thanks for your info. On USCIS web site it shows they have processed the I-140 up to July 24, 2007. Probably you may want to check with USCIS or your lawyer about this. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=NSC

I filed my I-140 (EB3) and I-485 concurrently in July 2007 but haven't heard anything yet. Any lucky people got theirs approved at Nebraska Service Center recently? =)
