Discrepancy in processing between the two centers Its clear that Dallas BEC is processing end of 2002 and begining of 2003 applications and Philadelphia BEC is processing end of 2001 and begining of 2002 applications. Does anyone know, if anything is being done to reduce this huge 1 year...- hope4s
