Guys, I have a question. I e-filed application for EAD and now what to do? Do I need to call 1-800 number to make an appointment for biometrics or just wait until official appointment notice will come to me in the mail. I-485 DENIAL consequences
My I-485 was denied because my sponsor revoked i-140. I couldn't use AC-21 (too short time). I am really worry now. I don't know what to do. Mabye to file PERM through another sponsor, for whom I am working now. But I don't know if I can apply again for Green Card after denial. Please answer...- zborek1
