    The 5 year degree ruling

    Since I graduated before this date with a 4 year degree (ie in 2002 and clearly stated in my certificate as 2002), will I be accepted for the exam? Or all those applying after that date, must have a 5-year degree. Which interpretation is correct? Need some clarification here. Thanks, gDane
