Dis anyone in EB2 with PD in 2003/2004 with VSC -TSC cases get approvals? If there are so many EB3 approvals .. what about EB2..are they exhausted already? Guys with the same issues post and lets Track it. Ajaks

Just got my 3rd EAD from VSC.Filed on MAY 14th. E-filed it at VSC anyways as my I485 was Xfered to TSC. I see few LUDS on my AP application taht I filed on May 7th at VSC also Nothing great but thought of sharing... AJAKS

Infopass I took an infopass and spoke to an immigration officer.She told me that the NC is completed and its good.They also have cleared my FP.i took a second FP recently May 10th also. She told ,its uncertain on when my case will be cleared...well atleast NC is cleared is one positive thing...
