sorry about incomplete info i was on F1 status....was workin on OPT, now got my H1 approved my case is very similar to crramya. But i wasnt on H4 anytime. But i was on F1->H1->F1-> now back to H1 and yes my visa has been expired for 4-5yrs now:P but as far as i remember....never got out...- hakiran

Hi guys, i have been reading the various posting....but thought i would confirm anyways. I just got my H1 permit approved. I am planning to visit India at the end of this year. Can i get my visa stamped in canada ....if i am doing it for the first time...or is it done only in home...- hakiran
