Finally my date came My wife's and my I-485s were approved this Monday. What a month! Just after my second baby was born. Maybe the birth brought the luck for us. BTW, do anybody know the passport stamp for green card? I am a little concerned since I changed the job during the I-485 pending.

You can do it by yourself. Or you can hire me:p. Very simple. Fill in the form and copy the old EAD and 2 passport-photos and I-485 receipt notice and $340 and ready to go. Mine expires in Janually 2008 too. You better to do it now. It takes about 3 months average to get it approved.

To nelsona, As a matter of fact, Katewill's case is not too old. His PD is around 2002, same as mine. I think the PDs of lots of people who are waiting here are around 2002. I guess there is just any random reason for CIS to give out RFE. Don't you agree? No matter how new/old the case is.

katewill, Did you submit your employment letter when you filed your 485? If yes, why did USCIS ask another one? Any specific reason? Thanks!
