I understand go for the 1st newspaper in the your state is the safest way, but for me that's new york times and it's not in my city, so my employer went for another one ( I think 3rd or 4th in circulation in the state). Perm approvers, did you all went to the biggest newspaper in your state?

when you did the ads ( newspaper + 3 others ), some (like on site posting) require put explicit wages info, you have to make sure/show that the wages you wrote there satisfy the PWD

On a second thought, in Feb. 2006 there's only 28 days, so maybe it is ok even you put 10/15/2005 to 10/15/2006....

on form 9089, question F7 and F8, what did you write there? if you put 10/15/2005 and 10/15/2006, (though the second question ask for the expiration date ) , see the second date is " more than one year " from the first date... Is that a problem ?
