NEED HELP L1 to H1 VISA STAMPING -VERY IMPORTANT
Hi I am currently on H1 and i came to USA on L1 in 2003.I got my L1 to H1 transfered in Jan 2004 but never got the visa since i havent gone back to India since April 2003.I have done my B.E.
