Thanks in advance for the facts.. I got my perm labor approval and I have just filed for 140/485, before the retrogression on oct 1st 2005. Does this mean my 485 will be approved in the usual reasonable timeframe of 8-18 months or should I still wait for 6-7 years until the dates become current.
