Is it true that the persons living with pregnant lady also should not take some vaccinations (like MMR,..)?

I am Currently in H4. Employer X has filed my H1. If my H1 Approved do I need to go back to India and Stamp it befor start working. My husband's Labor has been cleared last week. My Status change will create any problem while applying 485. Waiting for valuable replies Thanks
