Reg H1 B Approval At Vermount
H1 Outsourced I am based in a foreign country and my prospective employer filed for my H1 in May with Vermont Service Center. The notice date is May 23, 2005. I am still waiting for approval. Urgent: How Before Filing Receipt Is Received For H1
H1 Notice of Action My petition was received by INS on May 20th and I received the Receipt Notice on May 31st. I wonder why your attorney says it takes 7 weeks. May be he is talking about the approval-time !! Good Luck- rs280668
