    140 processing time for non-concurrent

    Hi, I'm planning to file 140 in Nebraska by non-concurrent filing. The site says they are processing May 2004. Please some one tell me what is the processing time just for 140 without filing 485 along with that. Thanks, Kram

    Hi Moonwalker, How do you know that your case been forwarded to Dallas. Did your attorney called somebody at dallas or did you sent an email to dallas center for screen shot.
