I think these documents are enough. We also went to india on AP and while coming back my wife had to take transit visa in singapore bcos of flight delay. While coming back, show one AP to the officer, keep another one with you. You must have got two AP docs. No issues..just carry all...

Yeah I got the approval. you are right, looking like a massive LUD, they did same on 5/22, that time I had RFE on my 140, still i had that LUD on both 140 & 485.

Hey I got the same query, can you pls. elobarate how did you respond the query. Just send the company papaers, or do we need to do any extra audition to show that company has the ability to pay? Because I am falling short of 20k in some of the years from my priority date.

I think it is a standard copy for ability to pay request. I got the same query, which is asking for all employees W2s. Can you pls. let me know, what you guys are doing, In my case I still need to discuss with my employer.
