Check with your lawyer, they have mostly recd. it already
Recd. 45 day letter sometime in early Apr. lawyer sat on it till I called asked around Apr 15th. Then sat on it for another 10 days and finally replied to it on Apr 26th.
Got LC approcal notice from DBEC that case has been approved...
That is interesting...
I personally know of people having PDs in 3/2003 and 11/2003 receiving 45 day letters and their approvals shortly after that. Looks like boxes for those two months got opened and went through to data entry.
However, all these above people got their 45-day letters...
They seem to be opening the boxes as they are piled and make data entries for the applications in them. Once data entry is done, they send out 45-day letters. I guess the boxes are randomly arranged so they may get a box with 2005 applications first and then one with 2003. So if you guys mean...
Mar 03 received 45 day letter

Also, I heard that BEC is no longer doing FIFO...what does tha mean ??
Folks,
Got this from the Dallas BEC thread. Seems there might be some hope still. Note that the status is Data Review and not Incomplete. So they just might be doing full data entry. Can we hope to see some 45 day letters soon ?

I have got the status on...
PERM and RIR

In the caes that GC_dc said, you will retain ur priority date for RIR when u file PERM but that is conditional on the RIR and PERM applications being "identical". This is kinda subjective and this is where the risk lies. If the PERM app is denied, u lose the PD from ur RIR also...
