H4 Copy missing during RFE. - NSC.
No Title Hi,I filed 539 (change request from F1 to H4) thru my company\'s legal team. Unfortunately they don\'t have receipt number or the copy. I received a document for the change from f1 to H4 and it was having the period from 05/22/00 thru 08/15/01. But I don\'t have any reference...- h4issue

H4 Copy missing during RFE. - NSC.
Hi, I am in 485 review State. I received RFE from NSC. My wife was on F1 till june 2000. We applied for H4 thru my company in April 2000. Now INS asks for H4 copy. Which I don\'t have. We got EAD in Sep2000. So, like to know how to handle this. Thankyou in advance...- h4issue
