My husband's case is similar to yours. His ND is 06/2004 and his bio 3 appointment is this week. We received an email from the USCIS that they sent a request for additional evidence/ information last Friday.
Let's hope that they will keep up this pace of processing.
Congratulations Ryan! There seems to be a small wave of approvals on this forum! Let's hope this will continue! :)
Could you please provide your timeline? Thanks!
My husband's ND is 06/2004. He recently received his Bio code 3 (scheduled for 12/10).
As to your question about how long it will take for him to get his GC, I can honestly say that I don't know.
People from 2000 (or earlier) are still waiting, while others with ND's 2002 got approved. There...
I don't think so. The memo doesn't say that people applying tomorrow will get the GC within 15 months. They will be scheduled for FP which still leaves lot a room for the USCIS. They can even schedule people to come for FP let's say March 2006.
As for the people like my husband with late NDs...
My husband's ND is 06/2004 and he has an appointment for Dec 10 to do his Bio code 3.
USCIS says that it is only scheduling fingerprinting for cases they can adjust in 15 months. This is all part of the backlog elimination plan (see link NSC update of 10/26/05...

The shortest time I had between visa waivers was 4 weeks (see earlier post) and I had no...
Hi Richard,
The duration of short trips to Canada, Mexico or adjacent islands also count towards the maximum 90 days. So that means that you won't get another 90 days when you re-enter the US from Canada, but whatever is remaining (US visit and Canada visit combined will be deducted from the...
Everytime you travel to the US on a visa waiver, you get a maximum of 90 days (you get a new green VW form on the plane each time you fly).
When you leave the US, the VW card will be taken from your passport during check-in or boarding. Whatever time you have remaining, will be void.
The...
I have been travelling back and forth to the US for almost three years now on a visa waiver. I returned after 4 weeks, 6 weeks, two months, three months and four months and I have never experienced any problems at all.
Good luck! :)
