Is lawyer needed for applying for H-1b?
Hi, now I'am working for a small civil engineering consultant company on my OPT and going to file for H-1b, but my company doesn't have its own lawyer. so, is it possible to file for H-1b without lawyer? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.- rupali
