Why dont we start a new thread about the same I-140 and I-485 (NIW): ND is Dec 2004 FP1 done in Jan 2005 FP2 done (biometrics) done in June 5th I-140 approved June 2005 I-485 waiting???

I think they are only processing NIW and EB1 cases. I filed my case in Dec 04 and my friend also filed in a week difference in NIW from Nebraska. Both of our cases are approved. First mine was approved and he got approval email after 3 days.
