Certified copy My guess is that they are holding all certified copies. I don't know why ? For PERM2010, they are taking more than a month. We should act immediately and address to a concerned DOL authoriy. Otherwise there would be another backlog and EB2 retrogression would be effective.

Certified Copy Mine was approved on July 12th. I called up Atlanta DOL customer service, they said the LC will be dispatched within 2 weeks. CIS confirmed that EB2 is going to be retrogressed in September. I am hoping that DOL send out the LC before that. I am preparing all documents...
