Can lawyer file under EB2 when I have BE and 5yrs work-ex? My lawyer is telling me that they cannot apply for GC under PERM for EB2 category as the system is not recognising that BE+5 yrs work-ex is equivalent to Masters? Would appreciate it if someone knows this answer.
