similar situation :mad: I just completed my RFE (EB1A) on 9th June 2005. From your case, I don't think I have the chance to get approved. :( :( :( For my case (8 years in the field): 30 refereed papers 5 recom. letters If you appeal successfully, let me know.- chengywc
