US employer posted me outside- Do I require re-entry permit?
It has been 18 months since my last visit. My wife and kid already took re-entry permit. I did not, thinking I will be coming back soon. I have been receiving US salary and I have been paying Federal and state tax. Do I require re-entry permit or the SB visa to reenter?- voipcc
