EB2 movement is soooo disappointing.. It would be nice if we atleast knew how many cases are in BEC for India in EB2 and EB3. Looks like India EB2 is screwed for a couple of years atleast now..

But noone can guarantee that I140 will not be revoked.. How can you make sure its not revoked? Is there a timeline .. i.e If the LC and I140 gets approved with the new company and after that if the old company revokes the I140 old PD is still retained? Has anyone followed this process.. Pls...

Question on changing jobs after LC and I140 is approved. If I want to switch jobs and retain my PD, does the new job need the same requirement ? Also, what other steps should one take in order to retain the PD.

Unfortunately ROW numbers from Eb1 and EB2 are moving to EB3 and not to China and India. If anything, I expect China EB2 to maybe move as EB1 China is current and ROW EB3 will move. India will be still :(

Thanks cinni and gcachiever! Not sure what criteria they use to approve I140's now. I thought EB3 was faster so I am surprised your EB3 is not approved. I can understand EB2 is taking little longer.!

But deadline is 6 months right? So they have to approve it within 6 months..
